Ernst & Young and Ambit claim the No.2 & No.3 slots Investec topped the Venture Intelligence League Table for Transaction Advisor to M&A Deals for Q1 2023 having advised  the $152 million acquisition of Sintex-BAPL by Welspun Group.   Ernst & Young ($136 million across 6 deals) and Ambit ($74 million across 2 deals) took the second and third spots, respectively. Private Equity-Venture Capital (PE-VC) Investments in Indian companies have risen to $5.2 Billion (across 55 transactions) during the Month of April 2023, shows data from Venture Intelligence , a research service focused on private company financials, transactions, and their valuations. The deal value represents a 2.2x increase compared to the immediate previous month (which saw $2.4 Billion being invested across 62 deals) and a 13% decline from April 2022 (which saw $6 Billion being invested across 118 deals). (Note: These figures include Venture Capital type investments, but exclude PE investments in Real Estate).
