New Delhi-based Airwoot, a startup that helps brands provide customer support on social media, has raised funding from investors led by Kae Capital. Top angel investors like Google India managing director Rajan Anandan, Sasha Mirchandani, Sunil Kalra and Samir Sood participated. The company, which enables businesses to engage with their customers in real-time, will use the funding to develop technology and hire talent. Saurabh Arora co-founded the company in 2012 along with Prabhat Saraswat.
